I led the UX/UI design and development of the Strategy Policy Research website, creating a professional and user-friendly digital platform tailored to government agencies, policymakers, businesses, and researchers. The project involved end-to-end UX design, including stakeholder consultations, content strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and Webflow implementation. A key focus was the CMS-driven projects page, which categorises research initiatives under Strategy, Policy, and Research, allowing users to explore relevant work efficiently.

Beyond design and development, I provided client training to ensure the team could independently manage content updates and site administration. I also set up custom email integration and coordinated with Webcentral for technical setup. Throughout the project, I worked closely with stakeholders to align the experience with business and audience needs. The final result is a modern, accessible, and search-optimised website that strengthens SPR’s credibility and makes its research more discoverable and engaging for key decision-makers.
