Hobart Tour Co

Hobart Tour Co – Branding, UX & Service Design

Hobart Tour Co was a boutique tour company I founded, designed, and operated, offering curated and bespoke experiences of Hobart and its surrounds. From branding to website development, photography, marketing, and service design, I built the business from the ground up, ensuring a seamless customer journey. I developed a Webflow website with integrated booking, crafted engaging tour descriptions, and designed the visual identity, social media presence, and promotional materials. Every aspect—from the logo to the user interface—was carefully considered to enhance brand appeal and usability.

Beyond digital UX, I saw the tour experience itself as a physical UX challenge—crafting an intuitive, engaging, and memorable experience for customers. By blending well-known attractions with off-the-beaten-path destinations, I shaped tours that balanced comfort, discovery, and storytelling. The business successfully operated before I made the decision to shift my career focus to UX full-time.

While no longer running, Hobart Tour Co. stands as a testament to my ability to conceptualise, build, and scale a brand from scratch, delivering a unique and cohesive customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
